Individual Psychotherapy
Depth-oriented psychotherapy for high-functioning professionals navigating grief, anxiety, and life transitions.
Who This Works For
This work may be a good fit if you:
• Are a professional or high-functioning adult
• Are navigating grief or loss (death, relationships, identity, life stages)
• Experience anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or internal restlessness
• Are moving through a significant life or career transition
• Have insight but still feel stuck
• Want therapy that is focused yet depth-oriented rather than surface-level
• Value reflection, emotional nuance, and embodied change
Areas of Focus
• Grief and loss, including death, relational loss, and identity changes
• Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation
• Life transitions (career shifts, parenthood, midlife, role changes)
• Meaning, purpose, and internal conflict
• Relational and attachment patterns
How This Work Is Different
This work is designed for people who want psychotherapy that is both focused and deep. Rather than prioritizing quick solutions or symptom reduction alone, we work carefully with emotional experience as it unfolds—supporting nervous system regulation, meaning-making, and integration over time. This approach is especially supportive during periods of grief, transition, and internal change.
