About Jenna Zamohi

A depth-oriented psychotherapist working with

high-functioning professionals navigating

grief, anxiety, and life transitions.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who function well in their professional lives, yet find themselves unsettled by grief, anxiety, or a period of internal change. Often, something has shifted—through loss, transition, or accumulation over time—and familiar ways of coping no longer feel sufficient.

I work with clients who want psychotherapy that allows space for emotional complexity and depth. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and paced with care, supporting both clarity and meaningful change during periods when life feels uncertain, heavy, or in flux.

My work attends to both present-day concerns and the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we respond to change, loss, and uncertainty. Rather than focusing solely on insight or strategies, therapy offers a space to slow down and listen more carefully to what is emerging—emotionally, relationally, and internally.I bring particular care to grief work. Grief may be connected to death, relationships, identity, health, or the loss of a former sense of self. It often does not follow a linear path, and it cannot be rushed. Therapy can provide a steady, contained space to process what has been lost while supporting what is still unfolding.

I believe psychotherapy should feel both contained and spacious—a place where difficult experiences can be held with care, curiosity, and respect for your pace. My role is to offer a steady, thoughtful presence as you navigate complexity, change, and meaning.

My practice is best suited for individuals seeking depth-oriented, private-pay psychotherapy and may not be the right fit for those looking for brief or symptom-focused treatment. If this approach resonates, you’re welcome to reach out to inquire about availability.
