A positive therapeutic experience is grounded in the relationship between therapist and clients. Please read below for an initial sense of who I am.
At the heart of effective psychotherapy lies a profound human connection. As your therapist, I bring not just my body of experience and expertise, but my full presence—offering a compassionate witness to your unique story.
I have over two decades in the healing arts, as a body therapist and dream tender, with a focus on working with women in their pre- and peri-natal seasons. I completed an interdisciplinary course of study at Naropa University, a contemplative learning institute rooted in Buddhist and other wisdom traditions, where I focused on peaceful transformation of communities, particularly in areas of conflict and post-conflict. I lived and worked abroad, developing and deepening my interest in the psychological roots of community healing. This inquiry led me to the practice of psychotherapy at the Pacifica Graduate Institute. And, later, to complete advanced studies in Somatic Experiencing.

My approach --informed by two decades of training and practice— is rooted in a fundamental belief: you possess an innate capacity for healing, resilience, and growth. I tailor each session to your specific needs, engaging your whole being—mind, body, and spirit. My role is to skillfully guide you, providing the emotional resonance and gentle support needed to navigate life's challenges and unlock your full potential. In our work together, you'll find:
•A compassionate, non-judgmental presence
•Mindful attention to your unique experiences
•Customized therapeutic techniques that evolve with your needs
•A collaborative partnership focused on your growth and well-being
Whether you're seeking individual growth, couple's therapy, or to engage in the profound exploration of you psyche and soma, I'm here to support you in this endeavor. Together, we'll cultivate a relationship built on trust, creating a safe space for you to explore your inner world and embrace the transformative process of therapy.
